We may hold personal information for as long as it is necessary to do so, in accordance with standard requirements as a regulated health professional, having regard to the purposes for which it was collected and the purposes for which it is to be used.

Where we receive a request to delete personal information from our systems, it is not always possible to delete the information due to the legal requirement as a healthcare professional to maintain the records for the necessary time frame.
